“We got to hotel and had prepaid for room for three nights. Was told no rooms were available. Staff was sending guests to other hotels. We were told if waited they could quick clean a room for us. Waited for 45 minutes. Bedsheets were dirty with crumbs and hair. We were able to get clean sheets from front desk and we made up our beds. Hair was in shower in wall and in tub. Do not recommend!”

“Restaurant, water park and fitness center all closed. Unable to call and reach front desk. Asked for late checkout from 11 to noon and was declined. ”

“This elegant house was one I had driven by many times when I was growing up in the area and had always wanted to see what it was like on the inside. It met my expectations with much of the original woodwork, windows, doors and layout but a nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. “We had a wonderful stay at this lake house celebrating our son’s college graduation. The home has beautiful lake views and plenty of space for our family. The three-season sunroom was everyone’s favorite spot — we spent hours laughing and playing games at the large dining table.
